1. I understand that the length of time required to complete the website is directly influenced by how quickly I provide the relevant information requested and feedback on the completed website.
2. As part of the website construction process, I will receive one-hour website content creation session with one of Divergent Media's team members and two one-hour revision sessions once the website first draft is completed. If I require extra time outside these hours the hourly rate is $150/hour.
3. Content creation for my website shall be my responsibility under Divergent Media's expertise and advice. If I am unable to supply my website content Divergent Media can do so for $150/hour.
4. After the first year of free web hosting, I consent to pay an annual renewal fee of $264 for ongoing web hosting, SSL, monthly updates and daily backups.
5. If I wish to transfer my website to a different web hosting, I understand that my website will be considered the property of Divergent Media and remain on Divergent Media’s web hosting until all outstanding fees are paid in full, including any payment plans.
6. In the event that I request a full refund within the 30 day money-back guarantee, I understand that I will not receive a copy of the website created by Divergent Media.
7. I understand that after I receive my website training on how to edit and update content on my website I am responsible for editing my website unless I employ one of the aftercare website packages from Divergent Media.
